As I sit here holding my sweet baby I have to say Dr. Nippert and her amazing team have been so amazing! I truly can’t thank them enough for making my pregnancy and delivery so special! Thank you so so much!

I’ve never been this uncomfortable with a doctor’s office in my life. I was scheduling as a new patient to see Dr. Colby. I originally scheduled for 2:30pm, but their office called and asked if I would be willing to reschedule at 11:45am. I agreed, and changed my schedule around. I ended up running about 10 minutes late. When I entered the office and started checking in, I could hear medical staff behind the counter saying that their nurses were “annoyed” that I was late and that they didn’t want me to be seen. The front desk staff started bickering amongst themselves about the office’s 15 minute late rule and whether or not I should be seen. The nurse in the back was sending messages up to the front and I could hear the front desk staff talking to each other as they read them aloud “she says she’ll ask Dr Colby if he wants to see her” and “she doesn’t think Dr Colby is even here anymore”. I was 10 minutes late and the doctor leaves? I was 10 minutes late after changing my schedule to accommodate THEM and they leave and then tell me to come back? And they’re annoyed with me?I am so uncomfortable. Needless to say, I’m not rescheduling with this office. I am so throughly unimpressed by the lack of basic understanding and human compassion, which is so necessary when you’re in the medical field. I left here in tears, and I won’t be coming back.

Went and saw a doctor at the Jordan River womens center, prescription was written out incorrectly and I got shorted on half of my prescription. Didnt get caught until I actually physically picked up my prescription, and now calling the pharmacy and the doctors office theyre saying that theres nothing they can do and I will have to pay twice for a prescription that I should have only had to pay for once because the mistake of their doctor.... No remorse and no care on their end for me being put in this position by their doctor. I will be looking for a new doctor and a new office to visit. Good luck if you go here...

I had Dr.Colby and he was my OB for my entire pregnancy. This was my first baby and the experience was amazing. He was great the whole time! Very professional and also personable, he always made me feel comfortable and answered all my ridiculous questions lol. The staff in his office are all lovely and supportive! Also the best thing is doctor Colby was so calm and such a great coach during my actual labor/ birth and he gave my baby boy this beautiful blanket!! I highly recommend him!

I’ve seen a handful of doctors and nurse practitioners at this office and have honestly not had a great experience with any of them.My most recent experience was seeing Dr. Colby when I found out I was pregnant at 8 weeks up until I was 17 weeks and every appointment and phone call I had with him was not the best.He’s the least personable doctor I’ve ever met, not informative by any means and very condescending. Any question I asked I got a very short quick response too, often times he made me feel dumb for even asking to begin with. One appointment I had to take labs for and pee, I couldn’t, so they told me I could just do it after I met with the doctor. The first thing Colby said when he walked in was that “my labs looked good”. What labs? I didn’t take any? Concerning. Every appointment I had with him I saw him for less than 5 mins. Hardly got to hear my baby’s heartbeat because he did it for 2 seconds, my very first ultrasound was probably less than a min long and he just said “yep, you’re pregnant” again, not personable at all.When he asked if I wanted to know the gender by blood/genetic test of course I said yes. He didn’t inform me at all how much it was going to cost, if it was honestly necessary to get the genetic testing, nothing. A couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $600. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t have done it if he would’ve been more informative.I don’t recommend seeing him at all. Even if he’s the only available doc or has more time slots opens. It’s now obvious to me why he’s more available than anybody else. Going through pregnancy, especially your first, is a very vulnerable time and experience. Find a doctor you’re comfortable with and who makes you excited to go back for your next appointment!! I am so so happy I switched to South Valley Women’s health.

Dr. Spencer Colby was my doctor for my whole pregnancy and did an outstanding job. Answered any/all questions and/or concerns. He delivered my beautiful baby boy. Couldn’t be more thankful for the great experience! Will definitely continue having him as my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epstein for 13+ years, and he is my favorite doctor! He and his team are absolutely amazing. They are all so attentive and friendly. Dr Epstein takes the time to address my concerns and answer questions; always with a fun and upbeat attitude. He delivered 2 of 3 of my children and performed my tubal ligation. Both deliveries were done via c-section and Ive healed beautifully. He made me feel so at ease during my recovery time in the hospital as well as anytime Ive seen him for general exams. I highly recommend Dr Epstein.

Rebecca Johnson has taken great care of me during my appointments! I had an IUD appointment a few months ago, and was very nervous that it would be a painful procedure. She made sure that I was comfortable and explained how it was going to work. She explained everything that she was doing and how it was going to feel. Rebecca prescribed me a medication the day before that would help make the procedure be a bit less painful. The office also made sure that I was okay after the procedure before I went home. I know everyone experiences pain differently especially for a procedure like this, but I highly recommend seeing her. She is very gentle, and Ive always felt at ease around her.

I had to switch OBs in my third trimester, which was very distressing to my hormonal pregnant self. Thankfully Dr. Epstein is a great doctor and I felt right at ease as soon as I met him. Him, his assistant Sherrie, and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and accommodating if you need anything. My baby was born without any problems and I’m very grateful to have had Dr. Epstein deliver her.

Dr. Epstein has been my OB/GYN for my past two pregnancies. He recently delivered my second son, and I am so happy that he did. He has been amazing and caring throughout both of my pregnancies. His team is so friendly, and also provides you with the best service.I would highly recommend him.Thank you, Dr. Epstein and his team.

Met with Dr. Colby to talk about getting diagnosed with endometriosis, a condition that causes me extreme levels of pain during my monthly periods. A few weeks prior to said appointment, I was in the emergency room due to the pain and suspected that one of the endometriomas has burst. The emergency room doctor told me that I MUST see an OB/GYN immediately, so I scheduled with Dr. Colby.Against the recommendation of my GP, my visit to the ER, my ultrasound and MRI results, Dr. Colby dismissed all my symptoms (many which I’ve experienced for years) and told me to either look into birth control or just take more pain medication. I was ignored when I told him that I’d unsuccessfully tried birth control and that the only high dose of pain meds that helped my pain were unsustainable. (The ER doc threatened me within An inch of my life to NEVER take that dosage again)Please don’t visit this medical office! They will dismiss your concerns, belittle you in the process and their online payment system doesn’t even work.

I had Dr. Colby as my doctor. I was iffy at first having a male doctor after having a mid wife for my previous pregnancies but after not having a baby for 6 years and having him as my doctor he was great, very professional and he made sure whatever I needed a refresher on he answered and actually cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Colby, hes great.

Dr Colby was amazing! Every appointment he took time to make sure I got to ask any questions I had and made my pregnancy stress free. On the day of delivery he was so calm and really helped my nerves being a first time mom! He came to the hospital soon after I had gotten started on pitocin and broke my water and explained how the day will go and know what to kind of expect. I started having complications later in the day and he got to the hospital so fast and told me that we need to get my baby out and he respected my wishes to not immediately do a c section and try vaginally first and even tho my baby got stuck and he had to cut me and also use the vacuum to help pull her out he was so good to remain calm and helped me understand what I needed to do even under all the stress. My baby almost ended up with permanent damage to her arm but Dr Colby was so good and got her out safely and healthy and then afterwards stitched me up so well that I only needed to take pain meds for a week after labor. All the nurses had told me to expect a full month of pain meds and recovery time. My body feels great and normal only two weeks after delivery! We know have a beautiful healthy baby girl that we call our miracle ❤️

I started seeing Dr.Colby the last half of my pregnancy. My previous doctor didn’t feel like a fit for me. Someone recommended Dr.Colby and when I met him I knew he was going to be my doctor because of how attentive he was and answered all the questions I had and eased my mind when I started to get worried about every little thing. He’s a great doctor and 10/10 recommend (:

I absolutely LOVE having Dr. Epstein as my doctor and also working with his assistant Sherri. Dr. Epstein has helped me deliver my last three babies and has helped me with one miscarriage. He is incredibly attentive and gives his full effort in providing the best care. I just recently had our last baby. Im sad I wont be seeing them now that I have had the baby. I recommend them to anyone who has womens medical needs.

Was recommended NP Rebecca Johnson through my insurance (her approval rating has also dropped since first finding her), she made me like I was doing all the wrong things for my health and that she could make those corrections, she then turned around and put me back on what I was on before I went to her and told her everything I already knew about my health. It took 3 months for her to get a prescription to me. 3 different pharmacies and my insurance we unable to get ahold of her or her medical assistant during that period. They tried to charge me for the diagnostic appointment I went to Dec. 11th even though I just ordered the medication last week due to their error (still waiting for it via mail). Billing told me I could speak with the office manager who was just as dismissive, and said she had “notes” that they had spoken to insurance in January (a month after my visit). The notes they do have are of me calling them in December asking about that’s causing the delay. Would not recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, their staff & doctors! Dr. Epstein & Sherry are seriously amazing. I found out I was pregnant with twins at 8 weeks, which was terrifying! Dr. Epstein was so calm & reassuring during my entire pregnancy. He always took his time to listen to me & answer my questions, I never felt rushed at my appointments. I feel like he really cared to get to know me. With a twin pregnancy, you have a ton of appointments & I actually looked forward to going because I loved everyone in the office so much! My water ended up breaking before my scheduledc-section & Dr. Epstein showed up to the hospital super fast, even though it was early in the morning! The surgery went fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am sad that these are my last babies & I won’t get to have prenatal care with this team again! I highly recommend Jordan River Women’s Health & Dr Epstein to anyone who is looking for amazing OBGYN care!

Dr. Spencer Colby was absolutely amazing! He was my OB through my whole pregnancy. He was very nice and calming through it all. Very polite and professional. He induced me at 7:45am and I had my daughter at 4:50pm the same day. Super fast and easy! I highly recommend him to be your doctor! Not only him but all the staff at Jordan River is amazing as well! 10/10! 😊🙏

Dr. Nippert and her nurse Nicole are the best OB experts I’ve ever had. I was really nervous transitioning because I had an OB that I loved but had a really weird experience with her nurses and decided I wanted to find another doctor. I am so grateful that Dr. Nippert had availability for me. She is amazing. Same with Nicole. I have never felt so cared about by a doctor nurse combo as I do with them. From my mental health to my NST’s and checking on my growing baby they are always honest, compassionate, and understanding. I never feel judged. I couldn’t recommend them more. Dr. Nippert is so honest and is always looking for solutions to help me feel better. She’s the first one to hand me a tissue if I’m emotional and the first one to call me out on my gestational diabetes logs if my sugars are a little wonky. She truly cares so much about my pregnancy. I’ve had doctors who care but not to the level that she does. I wanted to add that one thing I love about Nicole is no matter how busy she gets in the day she always calls me back even if it’s after hours. I always know if I leave a message for her I will hear back from her and that she takes her responsibilities just as important as Dr Nippert does. What an awesome duo. I could write a novel on how much these two have helped me but I’ll leave it at this, I never have to wonder what things mean. They are both so thorough, if either of them have concerns they address them right away. I’ve had NST’s every pregnancy and this is my 3rd baby, I’ve never had someone explain to me before what they are looking for. Typically they just say yep, looks good but both Nicole and Dr explained to me what they look for on the test. This is just a small example but they are always quick to honestly and lovingly answer my questions with no annoyance regardless of how busy they are. I never feel like I’m being pushed out the door and if something feels off they fit me in immediately. So grateful for them both.

Dr. Epstein has been my OB/GYN for more than 10 years, he delivered my second child and I am so happy I found him. He has been nothing but amazing and caring, his team is always very friendly and provide you with the best service.I would highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to get my regular check ups with him.Thank you Dr. Epstein and team.

I went to Dr Colby throughout my pregnancy and he is very nice and professional. He delivered my baby girl and as a first time mom the whole experience was amazing. The office staff are also very nice and they are upfront about the cost of everything and I appreciated that.

Rebecca Johnson is a very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding FNP. She was very gentle with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly before a procedure. Then she let me get my labs drawn, gave me a life changing diagnosis, and walked me through how to treat it holistically.

Dr Nippert was amazing helping me through dealing with Adenomyosis. She was professional, kind, personable and patient in my journey. She explained things clearly and gave me options when I was not ready for a hysterectomy. I recently had the hysterectomy surgery. I wish I would have listened to her early on and ended much suffering I endured sooner. She gave me my quality of life back. She is a talented and compassionate Dr. We as women are at our most vulnerable going to an OBGYN. Dr Nippert and her staff were caring, friendly, and compassionate and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She went above and beyond in certain situations for me to make sure I was ok. She took the time needed to listen to my concerns and to make sure I felt comfortable with decisions I made and I clearly understood treatment plans. I love Dr Nippert. So grateful for her. She is a 5 star rating. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Colby was my OB during my entire pregnancy. This is my first and he was always more than willing to answer all of my questions and explain the process to me. He’s always friendly and professional. During my actual labor, he made me feel at ease and guided me as necessary to get my baby girl out quickly and safely.The staff here is also amazing. The girls up front are super sweet and welcoming.I highly recommend this office and Dr. Colby in particular!

I didn’t want to do this review because I haven’t been since March but I feel like Dr Colby really didn’t care for my well being, I like whenever I was there I had to have a rushed appt. He didn’t seem to genuinely care about my issues and when I was pregnant and going thru a miscarriage he made me feel so sad and horrible. He wasn’t sympathetic to my situation. There was a time when I had a Pap smear and came out positive for something which no one told me about until months after when I went back for another issue. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I have never met a Dr that made me feel uncomfortable and unheard.

Dr. Epstein is the real deal! The best way I can describe him is that he is super proactive- he found answers and solutions to any problem or concern I had. He made sure my baby was born safely- there were some potential breech-baby concerns, and he was very thorough in making sure the baby was in the right position and that he was there to deliver the baby. He also made sure that I was well taken care of following the birth of my baby as well as at my 6-week postpartum appointment.Very thorough and proactive. I loved my birth experience!

I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new Gynecologist. This place has been so courteous and helpful. It didn’t take too long to get in for a check up and at my age, who knows what’s going on all the time?! The doctor here was on top of everything and made sure to cover all the bases without making me feel like I needed to beg for help. That’s rare these days it seems. This clinic has great support and I’m so happy I called them!

Ive been going to Dr. Epstein for 9 years. He delivered my last child and I just had a hysterectomy performed by him. He was great. I healed so quickly and easily. Very small incisions for minimal scarring. He follows up with his patients and is so kind and caring. Highly recommend!

Came here for prenatal care and delivery. The office is really nice with friendly staff. Wait time was pretty much always less than 15 min. They always call to remind you the day before your appointment.Blood work and physical exams necessary during prenatal care were always done with care to not cause pain.Had a low risk pregnancy, however when there was a concern I was able to call and get prompt instruction for my situation.I saw Dr. Colby throughout my pregnancy. He is knowledgeable and experienced and will get you taken careof. He answered any questions and concerns I had. We induced at 39 weeks. I was super scared to deliver but things couldnt have gone more smoothly with the induction and delivery. My husband and I enjoyed our experience. I felt at ease under the care of Dr. Colby and glad he helped us get our little squirt here safe and sound.Thank you!

Dr. Epstein has been my doctor for almost 5 1/2 years. He has been with me through my many miscarriages and for all three of my beautiful babies! He always took such good care of me and listened to my concerns. His nurse Sherry is the cutest and so sweet. I always love coming into their office because I feel so cared about! Delivery always went smooth and I always had a wonderful experience because of him.

Dr Colby is my OB/GYN and he delivered my baby a few weeks ago. I’m glad he was able to, because he has such a calm personality and great bedside manner. I’ve never had any issues with him or any of the staff at the clinic. They’re always kind and professional and have taken good care of me.

I had the best experience with Dr Epstein. I knew I wanted a c-section for my second baby and he did an amazing job! He listened to my concerns and always ALWAYS made my daughter feel involved in the visits. Sherry is the best too always so happy and super helpful!! I can say that after meeting with a few other obgyns Dr Epstein made me feel super comfortable!

Dr Colby is the best! My mother went to him when she was pregnant with me, and now I’ve gone to him my whole pregnancy with my baby girl! You are in good hands with many years of experience with Dr Colby! I highly recommend him and his team! I’ll continue to see him!

My wife has had Dr. Epstein for 6 years now and we just welcomed our 3rd child together. We have had nothing but positive results with him and he is as sincere as they come. He takes the time to greet my kids and I as if we were his patients as well. Our kids get so excited to go to his appointments as him and Sherry make it a pleasant experience for all of us! I have been a patient if Dr Epstein’s since I was pregnant with my son in 2014 and again with my daughter last year. He is absolutely amazing and his nurse sherry is also fantastic. They are caring, personable and helpful all across the board. If you are looking for a new obgyn I would recommend him for sure.

Dr Epstein has provided incredible service for my wife for two pregnancies and deliveries now. He came highly recommended to us by family, and they were right! He does a wonderful job at explaining what is happening and what to expect. I know my wife has appreciated the time and consideration he takes during checkups and deliveries. We trust his counsel as a medical professional and his experience is unparalleled.

Dr. Spencer Colby is incredible. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. He always took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. My delivery was better then I ever expected, he brought such a calming spirit into the room. I never waited very long to see him which is always a plus.The front desk girls are so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Colby.

Dr. Amanda Cleveland is the best! I am so glad she was my Dr. through my pregnancy and delivery. I always feel like she has my best interest in mind. I had my first baby about a month ago and although my body took its time to progress into labor everything went very smooth. Dr. Cleveland always gave me options and let me know I had a choice, I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Jordan Valley hospital was amazing as well, the nurses were all fabulous and I felt very comfortable with them. I highly recommend both Dr. Cleveland and Jordan Valley Hospital!

Dr. Epstein is wonderful! I moved to Utah when I was 4 months pregnant with my second child. He made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to any concerns that were making me worry. He is knowledgeable and caring! His nurse Sherry is just the sweetest. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein at Jordan River Womens Health.

I have been seeing Dr. Epstein since before my first baby, and have delivered all four babies with him (going on five in a month!!!) He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and he really listens to me and all my questions. He takes as much time with us as we need, and I never feel rushed. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I trust any and all of his recommendations. I also absolutely love the rest of the staff there- I always feel comfortable. Sherry has been with me since the beginning, as well, and I can’t say enough good things about the care she and Dr. Epstein provide!!!!

I have had Dr. Epstein as my doctor for the past 8years and 2 babies. He is an amazing doctor during pregnancy and just for the regular OB appointments. His nurse Sherry is also great so kind and helpful. They always get back to you in a timely manner. The front desk gals are great as well. I will have Epstein as my doctor as long as I can.

I LOVE Dr. Epstein! He was with me during my first pregnancy and delivery and I could always tell he cared and wanted answer any questions I had, especially because it was my first pregnancy. After my first baby was born, we moved almost an hour further away from his office, but I love Dr. Epstein so much that it’s worth the extra drive time so with my second and third pregnancies and deliveries I still went to him. Recommend him to all my friends and family!

I am a patient of Dr. Spencer Colby at Jordan river womans health. He is an amazing doctor not only is he nice and caring but has great bed side manners. Colby has always made me feel like I matter and not like i am just another patient to him, he actually takes the time to ask you how you are doing and listens and I have never felt rushed when i visit his office. He has delivered 3 out of my 6 kids and has always made my pregnancy and labor experiences good ones. My last pregnancy was hard on me because I had really bad aches and pains, started to dilate and contracting early, I had to have my gal bladder out at 28 weeks and had to go to L and D to get some medication to help my uterus stop from contracting but with all of this happening Dr. Colby always made me feel at ease. I also really love his medical assistant Judy, she is the sweetest and has been great during all my ob visits. This office is amazing from the receptionist to the medical staff they are all awesome. I never once left there upset and every time I called to make an appointment, rescheduled an appointment or just had questions for Dr.Colby they always made sure i was taken care of.DR. COLBY IS A GREAT DOCTOR, MY FAMILY LOVES HIM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr. Epstein is my wifes OB and he delivered all of our children. He is a fantastic Dr, always makes you feel relaxed and knows when to be serious and when to make things light. He, along with his nurse Sherry have always taken great care of my wife. I really appreciate how Dr. Epstein takes a practical approach to medicine and doesnt try to push pills down your throat or anything you dont need. We moved out of the valley, but my wife makes the trip to continue to see him because he has been that great. I have complete trust in him and highly recommend him and his office to any friends and family. Thank you Dr. Epstein for all youve done for us.

I highly recommend Jordan River Womens Health! I started off with Dr. Cleveland and she was absolutely amazing! She ended up going on maternity leave before my due date. I was switched to Dr. Epstein. I was very hesitant to have a male obgyn but he changed that! Dr. Epstein was absolutely wonderful! I started having early labor symptoms around 35 weeks and I was very nervous. He made sure I was taken care of by seeing me weekly. He delivered my baby girl at almost 38 weeks! The labor was very easy and he did such a great job!!!! The office staff is also extremely friendly and helpful anytime I needed them! If you dont have insurance, they have great self pay options and really try to work with you! If you need an obgyn this is the place!!!!

I’ve been with Dr. Scott Epstein for all 3 of my pregnancies (so for 6 years) so that shows you how great he is. He is very straight forward and personable which is my favorite thing about him. His nurse Sherri has also been truly impeccable — she’s been there EVERY single doctor visit and is so sweet and sympathetic. They care about you and take the time to listen to any concern or need.

Dr Spencer Colby was my doctor and delivered my baby I just had this last July. He was absolutely amazing through my entire pregnancy. I tend to over think and over analyze a lot of the time and he was so reassuring and made me feel at peace with all the craziness of pregnancy. Definitely would go back if and when we decide to have another baby.

It was wonderful Dr. Spencer Colby was the best for me , this was my 2nd pregnancy and the amount of comfort he showed in every appointment I had with him, especially now with me giving birth through a pandemic. I was due on July 2nd but gave birth on the 1st and I endured 13 hrs of labor without epidural cause my blood palette was low I was freaking out cause of that and also of the pain but once Dr. Colby was present stating that I need to go through a C-section (my first was natural) I cried but knowing that Dr. Colby was performing my C-section I had no worries at all . He still continues to show support letting me know that if I need anything after birth and before my next appointment with him in February to call his office and he will assist gave me such comfort . Thank you Dr. colby ❤️

Dr.Epstein is absolutely incredible. I have struggled for 2 months to decide whether or not to go in to details with my experience... but honestly, I am going to go for it.. If I can help someone else, I am going to...I am a recovering addict and was nervous about having a baby, as pain is a trigger for me and opiates. - Dr. Epstein was super understanding, and did everything in his power to make sure that this experience was exceptional.His staff is great also, I was so scared about them trying to find a vein to draw my blood every time they needed it.. but the phlebotomist in his office was able to get me on the first try every time, a HUGE relief for my anxiety.When the day finally came to have our son, I was being induced. There were some complications and my sons blood pressure was dropping every time I had contractions and I was rushed to the OR.I was terrified.Not just for the C-section, but because I knew that it would be harder to recover from with out pain medication.Although I was rushed in to the OR. Dr. Epstein kept his cool, helped me stay calm.. and he ended up delivering my baby in the OR- no cesarian.It was absolutely amazing and my family and I are so grateful that he made every decision he made when faced with challenges that had a major impact on my delivery and recovery.We are so grateful to you and your staff Dr. Epstein. Thank you!

I personally see Dr Epstein who is fabulous, he has delivered and overseen all 3 of my pregnancies one of them being twins and was great and always made me feel comfortable! And I cant forget about his MA Sherry, she is so sweet and kind and they work great together! I recommend him and this office to all my friends looking for great care.

The care that I received from Dr. Spencer Colby and the entire team at Jordan Valley Women’s Health throughout my pregnancy and afterwards was absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of every time I walked in the office. Dr. Colby was attentive, understanding and supportive the whole time and expertly decisive when he needed to be to ensure that both my daughter and I ended up happy and healthy in the end. When I came in for my 2 week check up I brought my daughter, everyone just fawned over her and genuinely inquired after both of our health. I would highly recommend Dr. Colby to anyone who is looking for a top shelf OBGYN and I’ll continue to attend his office as long as is possible.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Epstein and his nurse Sherri. Both of them took the time with me that I needed. I never felt like I was pushed into any decisions and I felt I had all the options available given to me and explained. Dr. Epstein took great care of me and my baby through my whole pregnancy, during delivery, and postpartum. As a first time mom I really appreciated the time they took to help me understand when I had questions without ever making me feel dumb or naive.

I really enjoyed my experience with this office. This was by far my smoothest birth experience from beginning to end and I have Dr. Colby to thank for that. The longest I ever spent in the waiting room was less than 10 minutes and I had no problem pre-booking appointments according to my needs as I am a full-time working mom. I traveled nearly an hour every time to visit this clinic specifically and I have no regrets.

Hands down the best clinic I have ever gone too! They have got themselves a lifer with me! Not only is Dr. Epstein amazing his assistant Sheri is amazing as well! They are quick but take enough time to answer all your questions thoroughly! Finding someone who makes uncomfortable situations a little more comfortable is very important and between Dr. Epstein and Sheri they both so amazing job at it!

I absolutely loved my experience here. Dr. Colby made my pregnancy very smooth. His medical assistant always returned phone calls within an hour of a message being left. My prenatal appointments were always fast and informative! My delivery was very smooth and comfortable. The office staff is so friendly.

Absolutely LOVE dr. Colby! He recently delivered my second baby and I once again have a very healthy little girl! Very kind and listens to my questions and gives direct answers. Dr. Colby has delivered both my girls and even though we now live farther away I will still make the drive to go see him because I feel very comfortable with him and this office.

I found Dr. Epstein and Jordan River Womens Health through a friend who always spoke very highly of her doctor, who had literally saved her life after delivering her baby. Knowing her story made me want the same doctor for my pregnancy journey. Dr. Epstein is an excellent doctor, and he clearly cares about his patients. He always answers my questions and listens to concerns. I was admitted to the hospital with preeclampsia at 37 weeks, Dr. Epstein came to see me and break my water at 6 AM, kept an eye on me and my vitals throughout the day and when my labor hadnt progressed enough, he was back at the hospital to perform a C-section at 10 PM. Throughout my post-partum journey, Ive worked with all of the doctors at Jordan River Womens Health and I can see they are all very good doctors. I appreciate the care each of them provided me. I am especially grateful for Dr. Epstein; I was very nervous about labor and delivery, and having a C-section. He got me through it and was calm throughout the process, which helped me stay calm. Because of my experiences, I plan to remain a patient of Dr. Epsteins for as long as possible.

Dr. Spencer Colby was/is the best. I really wanted to try for a VBAC and he was so on board the whole time. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out but he listened to all my concerns and worries and always made me feel heard.

I love Jordan River Womans health!Dr. Epstein is an incredible doctor! I would highly recommend him. He is very no nonsense and straight forward, which was very important to me. He always had my best interests in mind and never pushed me to do anything I didnt want to do. He took the time to personally get to know me and my husband. Dr Epstein is seriously wonderful! He has delivered both my babies. I went natural with both and he always has the most comforting voice even during labor. Always makes me feel Im taken care of . Sheri (his nurse) is just as comforting and inviting.

I highly recommend Dr. Epstein he has been my OB for the last 5 years he has deliver my 3 kids my sister in-law recommended him with my first baby and I had the best experience and I didn’t think twice when I get pregnant again. Hello, I have been attending to there office since 2012. I have Always seen Dr. Colby for all of my three deliveries. They have always been amazing, the front desk staff is always polite the ladies do an amazing job answering any questions about scheduling and setting me up with the perfect timing for my appointment. I still remember the first time I made a call and requested this to see a female doctor and they only had one opening available with Dr. Spencer Colby and I am so grateful I went in and he just made me feel so comfortable that I kept on returning with every pregnancy. He’s always been so helpful, answered all of my questions and always made me feel so comfortable. My deliveries with him were amazing. The hospital that I delivered in was awesome I guess I can’t recommend him enough. They always answer your call with all your questions. I just love this office and will always go back. Also Sheri has been the nurse that has helped me all this years and she is so sweet and kind I never felt uncomfortable with her. She’s so profesional. I had to get my IUD out and I was really scared. I also have never been to a male gyno before. The receptionists were more than warm and helped reassure me when I got there. I expressed my fear to Dr. Colby and he was kind, listened to what I had to say, and didn’t make any unnecessary small talk that I’ve experienced with other gyno visits. He made the overall experience very comfortable and he helped minimize my anxiety. If you read this, thank you so much!

Dr. Colby was amazing threw out my pregnancy and even after he took such good care of me. He was always on top of everything and made sure to do everything he could to help me. Delivery was so easy and smooth because of him and there was no problems! Best OB you can get.

Dr epstein is the best! He was so kind and helpful. Sherry his nurse was always so sweet. I was so happy to have them as I went through my pregnancy. The whole staff is super friendly. I am not the biggest fan of the jorden River hospital but it is the closest hospital to epsteins office with a nicu in the hospital so I made the choice to deliver there. I feel greatful that I was able to have such a wonderful doctor. Thank epstein for all you do for your patients. This is definalty your calling and Im eternal greatful.

My experience was great with reception, the check in nurse, and Dr. Epstein. I needed some blood drawn for testing and thats where I felt the most uncomfortable. The phlebotomist was very cold and impersonal in my opinion. I didnt really feel like a patient because the way she stuck the needle in my arm was pretty rough. I didnt say anything because I just wanted it to be over with. Now Im left with a nasty bruise in my vein. Personally I feel she can be better at handling patients with such a sensitive position.

We just had our son January 2, 2020. Throughout last year I had the pleasure of being looked after by the phenomenal, award winning OB Dr Scott Epstein who makes his patients feel like they are the only patient he has.. His talent and personalized bedside manner is only eclipsed by one woman, his nurse Sheri. Besides looking like she just stepped off the set of Grey’s Anatomy, she is even more beautiful in how she treats her patients. She laughed with me when I had good days, and comforted me on the tough ones. She would share personal experiences in her life that were filled with encouragement. I looked forward to visits especially when things were tough, because she always left me better than she found me. If I had a question she would call me almost immediately, and if I had a concern I would be seen immediately if necessary. This almost concierge type care at Jordan Valley Women’s Health offered me such peace of mind. I am eternally grateful to this entire team, but especially it’s MVP .....Sheri.

Dr. Colby is my Doctor there. He has been amazing. I am so grateful to have had him take care of me as I was pregnant with my first baby. I had horrible morning sickness but he never gave up in helping me try new medications. My birth experience was the best thanks to Dr. Epstein!!! It was fast Nd he made sure ii didn’t tear (which is pretty awesome to me)!! Honestly the best doctor Ive had (this was my fifth pregnancy). Plus everyone at the office were always friendly Nd ii was always greeted with a smile!!

Dr. Epstein and his nurse Sherry are so great! I gave birth to my first child a few weeks ago, and I had Dr. Epstein as my OB during my entire pregnancy and delivery. During my pregnancy, he was great at listening to my questions/concerns at each and every appointment. I ended up feeling itchy during my 39th week of pregnancy, and Dr. Epstein did blood work and found out I had cholestasis. He personally called me to tell me to go to labor and delivery that day he got the results back because cholestasis can affect the baby, so delivery was the best option. Later that day, he came to the hospital a few times to check on me, break my water, etc. and then came back around 3:30 am to deliver my baby. He was there at every step of the way, and was very appreciated! Thank you so much for everything youve done for me and my baby, and making sure we were both the healthiest we could be along the way!

I absolutely love this place, Dr. Colby has been my doctor for all 5 of my pregnancies, hes the type of Dr. that makes sure you are comfortable with any questions or concerns you may have, I definitely recommend him! I’ve been going here for about a year and a half and love it. So much so that I’m willing to commute almost an hour for appointments. Dr. Nippert is phenomenal, she and the rest of the office are so kind and personable. Sometimes they get a *little* behind in the afternoon (not by much), but only because they’re taking time to talk to you, addressing concerns, etc.

Dr Clevland was my regular dr for sometime and she was a complete Angel in every way. She helped me through some of the hardest health issues I’ve ever dealt with in my adult life. And always was kind and compassionate to my struggles. She is no longer at this location but every staff member, or nurse has always been kind and super efficient. I’m now seeing Dr. Epstein for my care and so far he has been extremely efficient, honest, and incredibly reassuring. Love this place and the riverton location as well.

When we found we were expecting our first child in May 2021, we carefully checked reviews before selecting Dr. Nippert and Jordan River.During our first ultrasound on 5/19/21, the technician informed us that it appeared we had either miscarried or had an ectopic pregnancy. We were moved to an exam room where Dr. Epstein joined us to share that we needed to go to the emergency room immediately to resolve the ectopic pregnancy, but it wasnt all bad news because this meant we could get pregnant. After setting up in the ER, Dr. Nippert joined us (this was our first meeting with her) and gave us the option to surgically remove the fallopian tube or take oral medication to resolve the pregnancy. Melissa requested a second ultrasound, and Dr. Nippert replied that she trusted her ultrasound tech, and asked if she was hungry, because this could take a while. We proceeded with another ultrasound in the ER which Dr. Nippert was present for - in this scan no signs of an ectopic pregnancy were observed. Dr. Nippert left the room and returned a few minutes later, where she verbally confirmed that neither she nor Dr. Epstein had reviewed the original ultrasound images taken at Jordan River prior to recommending surgery or a medically necessary abortion. Dr. Nippert then said she still believed we had an ectopic pregnancy, but we could wait a few days for another ultrasound. After this visit we immediately changed doctors to South Valley Womens Health.Melissa delivered a healthy baby girl on 1/28/22. Our experience with Jordan River was the worst of our lives and we do not wish this lack of care or attention to detail on anyone. It is clear that the staff is either overworked with a high volume of patients, or simply does not care to follow proper procedures in reviewing medical records and communicating information to patients.

Office staff are nice they help you the best way possible when you need paperwork filled out or have to reschedule. Visits with Dr. Colby are fast and straight to the point. I always feel comfortable with my visits. The only thing was that whenever I had a question I felt like it wasn’t being answered. So I would always have to look for more answers online. Other then that delivery was fast and overall I would recommend him as an OB to anybody who is looking.

I would highly recommend Dr.Colby from JRWH. He is very professional and always cares about you at every appointment. Colby, Judy and their staff make your visits very easy and your treated very good. I love this place. It is kept very clean and you never have to worry about coming into the waiting room or a room that hasnt been clean. Thank you Dr.Colby for now delivering 2 of my babies ❤

Dr. Nippert is awesome! She was my doctor during my pregnancy and delivered my baby. After I had pushed for almost 3 hours she was able to deliver my baby with forceps which is something not all doctors are trained in so Im extremely grateful for her skills! She always took time to explain my options and answer all my questions. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and they all take very good care of you!

I have loved Jordan River Womens Health. I was new to Utah and someone recommended this place to me and I have been very pleased. Dr. Epstein and his wonderful nurse Sherry have been amazing. They made me feel comfortable and excited about my pregnancy. I would highly recommend!

2 years ago when I had my last baby I loved this office! Now unfortunately not very impressed with it at all DONT feel listened too or cared for definitely will not be coming back after this last baby. Not too mention waiting almost an hour everytime you go to an appointment isn’t very cool either

Dr. Colby Spencer was my doctor throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery for my second baby boy. This is by far the best clinic I have gone to. I highly recommend if ur looking for an obgyn. Appointments are fast but very informative. He will answer any question u have and wont make u feel rushed at all. I had a vbac and he was very supportive. He let me know the risks but also let me decide what I wanted to do.

What a waste of time. Dr. Colby should stick with pregnant women and not menopausal women. Thankfully I have found an amazing woman doctor with IMH. I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Epstein and his M.A Sherry are the absolute best. As a first time parents, everything is new and a little scary. They walked us through everything from conception to birth and then some. Our little babe has been in nicu since birth (almost a week) and they still check in to make sure our family is doing okay. I will never go anywhere else !!

Dr Nippert is AMAZING. I had so many different complications with my pregnancy and she helped me the whole way through. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be working with her for my future pregnancies. She is truly the best.

I dont normally give reviews but I have to based on my now second bad experience. Dr. Colby is ridiculous. He seems to not like discussing options and treatments with his patients. Well to me at least. He prescribed me a medication he should have known would effect my depression and anxiety if he would have went over my chart. He makes me feel uncomfortable and I feel like he doesnt care for my well being as a patient and just wants to hurry up and get me out of his office. I will definitely not be going to this office again unless I can see a different doctor which apparently is not allowed.

She always answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my decisions through the whole process!

I have been going to Dr. Nippert for about 5 years now. I can say that she is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgable. She has taken the time to call me after hours to help me with what I needed. She delivered my first baby and did a great job with knowing me as a person and what I needed to have a successful delivery and pregnancy. I would recommend her to anyone. All I have to say is that over the years she has gotten more and more busy and has maybe too many patients to attend to now. I dont know how she keeps up with it all.The office is nice and they are willing to help, but when it is busy especially on a Friday it can be hard to get ahold of your nurse to ask questions or get help for certain circumstances during your pregnancy. A lot of times you have to wait for your nurse to call you back and if she is busy that usually wont happen till late in the day. I think they were smart to open up a second office in Riverton to help with all the patients and just the overflow of people.In my opinion I feel that it may be time to stop accepting new patients until they bring on another Obgyn to help with the overwhelming amount of patients they now have.

Just had my first baby and Dr. Nippert was awesome!! I will never go to anyone else in the future. The whole staff is super nice and friendly. Most doctors offices, you wait forever in the waiting room but they were always super quick. I cannot stress enough how much I loved Dr Nippert. I’ve been seeing Dr. Epstein for the last 6 years. He has delivered 4 of my kids and one on the way. He is hands down, the best OB Doc. His Nurse Sherry is also awesome!

Update: the clinic called and was very apologetic. They are working on a solution to correct things. They hired another ultrasound tech to help with overflow and they are trying to find a way to make up for my bad experience. It doesn’t totally make up for the ultrasound i lost but they really care about their patients and have great customer service.I love dr Cleveland but this location is ALWAYS packed and waaaay behind. I have had 3 ultrasounds here and each time I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then they rush me and I don’t get the full time/ experience of a good ultrasound. I am super bummed this time cuz it was my 36 week and you can really see baby for the first time but they were 40 minutes behind and I had an exam after so they rushed my ultrasound and I only got a couple photos of his face and one picture of his foot and hand in the same photo. They didn’t take the time to do a good job or show me all of him or try to get better shots. They just rushed me and that ruined my experience and this is my last baby so I was excited and wanted it to be memorable. Then my exam was behind, by the time I was able to feed my starving toddler and get him down waaay late for his nap it had been a 3 hour excursion!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don’t have insurance and I paid cash for all the service before hand. And the service I received from all the personnel was the worst experience I’ve ever had! This is not my first baby, actually my 3rd pregnancy and I’m 34 weeks pregnant and the only thing the doctor asks every visit is “do you have any questions? “ he hasn’t check me at all and I have only heard my baby’s heart two times.. I don’t trust this doctor to receive my baby... as a pregnant mom to be with insurance or not YOU DESERVE A BETTER SERVICE!! Don’t go to this place.!

I have gone to Dr. Colby for my last 2 pregnancies. He always answers my questions. I recommend him to anyone who is pregnant. the office staff is amazing too.

Had an appointment for 2:45pm and I came in at 2:30pm since I was going to be a new patient. Doctor had a call for a delivery and they told me it was going to be another hour. So I rescheduled for 4:00pm. Ok all fine. I went home and called at 3:45pm to make sure I was still good and the doctor was good to see me. They said yes and as soon as I got there they would take me back. Ok so 35 minutes go by. It’s 4:40pm at this point. No update or apologies as I waited. I asked for a refund. If you aren’t already at least 4 months pregnant, you will be ignored and discriminated in this facility. Find another place because I am not pregnant and came only for a checkup. Horrible experience.

I am blown away right now because of the amazing experience I just had. I came in for my annual visit, presented my new insurance cards and checked in. Brittany (the very nice front desk attendant) informed me that they dont take my insurance plan. I was bummed, but then she said We have a list of providers in this area that do take your insurance though, I would be happy to make you a copy. Then she offered to print out a copy of my medical history for me to take to my new doctor! The two front desk attendants (Brittany and Kristen) were so helpful, and kind to me. I really appreciated that even though I could no longer be a patient of their office, that they would help me find a new doctor. This is what 5 star service looks like! Thank you!

Im really confused because all of the reviews are so great but I have not had a good experience. All the people are definitely really nice and my first experience with the doctor was pretty good other than being at their office for 2 hours. And then canceling my first appointment and we showed up at the office and they said sorry hes not in today. It says we couldnt get a hold of you. Had no missed call and no voice mail and I had got the confirmation call a few days before. Trying to get medications called in for me has been a problem. Called multiple times and waited a week to have an anti nausea med filled. And today I called in at 10 stating I had puked blood. The receptionist said she would have someone call me as soon as the doctor was in at 12. Its about 530 and ive heard nothing..

I saw Dr. Cleveland. She was so rude to me and belittling to the other staff. She was not relatable and talked about herself during MY visit. I am not paying 125 dollars a visit to listen to you talk about your weekend. Also, took them forever to get me back and actually see her, her medical assistant never returns calls. This place is a mess, how can you trust them with your baby if you cant count on them returning one phone call..

I have been seeing Dr. Nippert for 4 years and love her. I have severe HG while pregnant and she always knows what to do. She always takes me seriously, addresses my concerns and you can tell she truly cares. You wont find a better OB anywhere, cant say enough good things about her.

Great experience when I called billing for some questions. The sweet lady answered all my questions and then instead of transferring me to the busy front desk, she took the time to schedule my appointment. Thank you!

I highly recommend this facility. The front desk staff is always so kind and friendly, and everything is kept very clean.I see Dr. Epstein at this location and I absolutely love him and his medical assistant Sherri. They are amazing!

They took more than an hour to see me.when my appointment was at 10 and I arrived early, even when someone will arrived they will get them first. They finally saw me when every other patients were gone.

I love this place! Dr. Colby delivered all 4 of my kids, he’s friendly and knows what’s he doing. Nurse Judy and the ladies at the front desk are all kind people. I would recommend this place, wouldn’t go anywhere else. :)

I have a good experience when actually at the office but the front desk ladies really are not good at their jobs. Ive left messages for both offices and I NEVER get a response back. This last time was on rescheduling a very important appointment, I called back immediately after missing the call, got sent to voicemail, said either time works for the new app time just call me back and let me know which one you put me on. And now its been a week and half almost 2 weeks with ZERO response from the office. They never remind you of appointments. They dont call and verify that the time still works a couple days before. I even told them I have new insurance info and they ignored me, didnt take the new info and then it was a whole mess for a year trying to get all my right info on file to bill me correctly. I even gave them my updated address and then they STILL sent it to my old address and then had the nerve to call me and say well we have been mailing you also tried to schedule something a YEAR OUT from my last app and they set it for a MONTH OUT from my last app. PLEASE consider getting better front desk people who actually know how to be a receptionist. :)
