Planned Parenthood - Modesto Health Center

This staff is much nicer than the ones in Merced.. I was not a walk in by the way cause nobody has time to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen. I had an appointment & came on time. Took within 20 min to be called in. Thank you again.

The worst service ever!! I walked in after taking the day off work and patiently waited 4 hours and still waiting! They were super dead when I walked in early this morning. After waiting for hours I’ve politely asked to use the restroom and I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have an appointment after they’ve sent me a text message appointment confirmation for 1pm! I’m still waiting to be seen and apparently I cannot use the restroom because I didn’t make an appointment prior to today so now they want me to sit around for who know how many more hours and hold my urine because I don’t have an appointment prior to today. This is absolutely the worst service ever! Both front desk staff to Alexia the manager were really rude! This is my first time ever visiting a planned parenthood and I’m hoping they’ll all not the same!

Absolutely avoid going here if you can. The doctor is nice, but the nurses are all a bunch of idiots who enforce pointless rules such as no more than 2 people in the waiting room, or cell phone usage. lol Yall can’t stop people from using phones and you’re stupid for trying.

I love planned parenthood but this specific location is so just wow!! Not wow good but like I cannot believe my friend really went in there to get help with her pregnancy test and ultrasound and the only thing they wanted to provide her with was an abortion😒 They said thats all they do at this planned parenthood. How is that possible? i thought all planned parenthood’s provided all reproductive help to women? Im pro choice but cmon people like my friend with no insurance need help asap with a pregnancy confirmation and ultrasound. they deserve not to be turned away and made to feel weird. do better mchenry pph

The cleanest and fastest visit I’ve ever had at a planned parent hood. Wasn’t waiting in my room for over an hour like the other location. I was in and out literally in 30 mins. The staff was also very friendly

10 out of 5 stars. I really couldnt imagine a better resource for this community to have. Planned parenthood gives anyone who is scared and in a tough situation (like myself), some peace of mind. All of the over-the-phone representatives and in-person clinic staff were kind, respectful, and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Great appt availability. No wait times in office. Caring and well-educated staff members. Quick lab test results. Above and beyond patient privacy. I am truly so grateful that I and so many other members of our community have a safe place to go when in need. No matter your reason for visit, insurance carrier, ability to pay, or anything else. This place makes me paying taxes worth it and that says a lot. Thank you Planned Parenthood and all the staff at the Modesto location for the healthcare you provide and making a huge difference in many patient lives.

After my poor experience in Merced location. I gave this Modesto location 5 stars because the receptionist acknowledged you and make you feel welcome.

Staff in front is friendly. Not that clean. Saw garbage on the floor of the room i was put in. And i waited for over 50 minutes in my room AFTER being checked in. i dont sudgest you have some where to be if youre here. Expect to be here at least 3 HOURS just WAITING and thats not including any of the treatment time once they get to you.

Friendly staff but they could work on being on schedule. Sometimes I come in and it’s a quick appointment and not a long wait but other times I’m nearly an hour in the waiting room and in the patient room.

One of the best PPHs ive been to. They were thurough and helped me get what I came in for. The obgyn was great :) Even sent for my last obgyn results so my records are all in one place.

Horrible customer service and front staff is too loud when it comes to talking about peoples visits. I heard to many things I shouldnt of heard about other patients

The person I was speaking with today was super rude I believe her name is Rebecca, I get that it’s a Monday morning but if u dont wanna be at work don’t go ! And she was being rude about my age which shouldn’t even matter.

Im disappointed they actually closed on a Thursday without saying what day they coming back..march 31st isnt a holiday.. make it make sense.. r u open on the 1st or not??

They were about 45 min behind schedule, but great, helpful, and friendly staff. Affordable as well.
